ORG Indiana University Title BIO Gourav Shenoy is a Masters student in Computer Science at Indiana University’s School of Informatics & Computing, specializing in Cloud Computing. Gourav received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Goa University (India) in 2012. He recently interned at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY as a Watson Cloud Developer/Software Engineer Intern, responsible for architecting and developing new cognitive services delivered with a cloud-first methodology. Prior to beginning his graduate studies in 2015, Gourav worked as a Senior Software Engineer for a leading tech firm in India for 3 years. He is extremely passionate about Cloud Computing and is working as a Cloud Research Programmer in the Digital Science Center (DSC) lab at IU. Gourav has also contributed to Apache Airavata Open-Source project for managing OpenStack based cloud clusters.
