ORG University of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh Campus Title Enterprise Architect BIO Jay Graham received his BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985 and is currently an Enterprise Architect for Computing Services and Systems Development at the University of Pittsburgh. In this capacity, he helps coordinate the technical and strategic direction for the University's central IT organization. Jay has over 25 years of experience in many fields of IT from his early days of writing code to his current role as enterprise architect. Jay has 20 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise systems and their security. He served as the technical lead alongside consultants to design and implement the University's Network Operation Center that monitors all enterprise systems and network infrastructure. He also served as the technical lead and met with many departments to migrating departmentally maintained web sites to the Enterprise Web Services. Jay's speaking experiences include numerous EDUCAUSE presentations and poster sessions on various topics ranging from network security, enterprise web infrastructure, and Network Operation Center. He has also delivered presentations at other sponsored conferences and events, as well as within various university settings. Other institutions have invited Jay to speak on a broad range of topics, including web security, identity theft, and computer security.
