ORG University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill Title Tech Support Specialist BIO Morgon Haskell currently works for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as the technology support specialist in the Teaching & Learning division within Information Technology Services, where he supports the education of over 18,000 undergraduate and 10,785 graduate and professional students. He also develops faculty workshops focused on centrally supported technologies. He received his BS Biology and secondary education and his M.A in 2011 in New Media and Global Education both from Appalachian State University. His career began as an educator in Charlotte, NC where he taught IB biology before moving to rural NC to teach science to high school students, many at-risk. Morgon also serves on various committees to support educational technologies, accessibility, and streaming media. His passion for learning technologies and support for the UNC-Chapel Hill campus keeps him well connected, but he also enjoys sailing to the Outer Banks and disconnecting from all his devices.
