ORG Lehigh University Title Director, Planning & Administration BIO Sherri Yerk-Zwickl is the Director of Planning and Administration for a merged 170-person Library & Technology Services organization at Lehigh University. In this role she is responsible for the collaborative development, implementation, and leadership of a suite of administrative services that include organizational communications, strategic planning, advancement services, budget/financial planning, and facilities and space planning. Sherri is an active member of the ECAR Cloud Total Cost of Ownership(TCO) Working Group as well as an alumna of the 2007 Frye Leadership/Leading Change Institute and 2014 EDUCAUSE Leadership Institute. She holds a Masters degree in Educational Technology and undergraduate degrees in Business and Information Technology as well as certificate in Project Management. A regular presenter at professional conferences including EDUCAUSE national and regional events, Ellucian/Sungard Summit, ACM SIGUCCS, and numerous on-campus events, Sherri enjoys connecting with audiences to share tales of woe and success that help everyone learn and grow.
