Threat Intelligence Across Higher Education
Time 10/17/18 09:00AM-09:50AM
Session Abstract
More and more universities are using automated threat intelligence as a core security protection and experiencing greater successes in the SOC and intrusion prevention as a result! This session is a panel of expert practitioners and providers who offer and/or use automated threat intelligence on their campus to discover and prevent threats – from known bad IP addresses to specific behaviors that indicate a compromise has occurred. This panel leverages their expertise to help others understand the challenges to implementation and the values derived from threat intelligence. Panelists will introduce their campus use cases and answer questions from the audience.
