Time 10/18/18 07:30AM-08:30AM
Session Abstract
Please get your food and beverage from Oceana 6/7 before proceeding to your meeting room.
Case Western Reserve University and University of Florida have engaged in seperate IT projects to build and operate cyberinfrastructure to store and process CUI (controlled unclassified information). As our services have matured, we have found opportunities to collaborate on some of the barriers that impact research security compliance. This includes the need for external review and evaluation of our security programs, awareness and education programs, and best practices that can be shared to promote cyberinfrastructure use.
This session will be a discussion on ways the Internet2 community can collaborate together on these topics to advance research security compliance across our institutions.
