DevOps and continuous integration are popular emerging technology practices that are transforming service delivery across higher education. This session will provide an overview of the emerging practice of Continuous Integration and what it means for the delivery of IAM services. Participants will come away from the session with high-level understanding of what continuous integration and continuation are as well as how they can help meet the strategic and tactical needs of IAM services. This theoretical understanding will be given context by case studies from several organizations who have implemented this methodology both on premise and in the cloud, including Shibboleth and Grouper. The session will conclude with interactive activities that will help participants understand how to take these lessons and apply them at their home institution.
