Room Seacliff A
In 2016, a large number of Indiana University employees were victims of a phishing attack. This session will tell the story of how the university responded: with the broad deployment of Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) across the organization and a comprehensive phishing education program. Topics covered will include a discussion of strategy, policy, security, financial, and technology considerations.
With the topics presented from a variety of professional perspectives, attendees will come away from the session equipped the high-level knowledge needed for a similar event at their campus.
