Robert CannistraORG Marist College Title Professor / student BIO Professor Robert Cannistra specializes in network infrastructure design and implementation. He has been teaching networking, security, virtualization, storage, voice and wireless courses within the School of Computer Science and Mathematics at Marist for over thirteen years. He has taught network security courses as an adjunct faculty member of Computer Science at RPI. Prior to teaching, he held several positions in industry. His research interest is currently focused on SDN and NFV at Marist where he leads a team of student network engineers and application developers and researchers in the Marist SDN Innovation Lab while collaborating directly with the production network engineering team.
