David Pcolar is the Technology Manager for DPN. His duties include coordination of DPN technical development, operational capabilities, and leading technical advisory groups to assess technologies, methods, and approaches associated with digital preservation. Dave brings over 25 years of experience working as a systems programmer, analyst, architect, and administrator supporting operational and research environments. His experience and expertise include research, design, and implementation of scalable, distributed, archival storage and virtualized service infrastructures.
