In March 2015, Jisc launched Assent, the first trust network based on Moonshot technology. How have things fared since then?
In this talk I tell you about several projects that are implementing Moonshot for their trust and identity needs:
- How does the renowned FARR Institute safeguard sensitive heath data sets
and only provide access to it for health informatics research purposes?
- How has leading European synchrotron Diamond Light Source changed how it provides its visiting researchers with remote and console access to beam line experiment stations whilst maintaining security and integrity?
- How is the Umbrella consortium, used by thirteen synchrotron and neutron facilities across Europe for identity provision, available for use with non-web applications for its users?
