Hear about innovative technologies and capabilities in advanced networking, especially as they contribute to the research and education community’s capabilities for robust collaboration. This includes network infrastructure developments, the Innovation Platform program, software-defined networking (SDN), Advanced Layer 2 Services, advancements in network virtualization, and innovative network diagnostic tools.
Cloud Services: Meeting Research, Education & Service Missions in the Cloud
Presentations focus on projects, initiatives, and best practices related to research and education cloud applications positioned within the Internet2 NET+ portfolio, especially as they support community member and partner efforts to realize their research, education, clinical and service goals.
Cyber Security & Trust & Identity in Education & Research: A Community Built on Trust
This track focuses on standards, policy and service offerings to support a rapidly expanding set of trust and federated identity services needed for campus, individual, and service providers in a cloud services-driven technical environment.
Executive Track (Invitation Only)
This special track offers a selection of sessions and speakers tailored to the interests and issues of R&E executive leaders. These activities are designed to be relevant and valuable to the work that you do, as well as offering opportunities for you to gather with your peers for collaboration and discussion. Participation in the Executive Track also includes access to the Leadership Lounge, a conveniently located space reserved exclusively for the attendees of the Executive Track. This space will serve as an informal gathering spot for you and your peers to meet, relax, work and enjoy light refreshments. The Executive Track kicks off on Monday, April 27, with a luncheon, and continues through Tuesday, April 28. For everyone participating in the Executive track, please review this questionnaire prior to the start of our sessions.

Internet2 Community Showcase
The Internet2 Community Showcase, an official track within the 2015 Global Summit program, is an “open-air” presentation venue right where the action is—on the Ballroom level, past registration, in the Congressional Hall Foyer. This spring's showcase lineup features 15 presentations and demos directly from our community, with topics focused on one or more of the main 2015 Global Summit program tracks (see above). Stop by and share your ideas!
