From CC-NIE/IIE/DNI to Building a Cohesive Platform for Collaboration Over Advanced Cyberinfrastructure
Session Abstract
This presentation will consist of a panel of CC-NIE/IIE awardees who will give a brief talk about their experiences with drafting, submitting, and deploying their proposal. A range of topics will be covered including a brief overview of each proposal, Submission Tips and Challenges, Design/Deployment Challenges, Researcher Collaboration Tips and Challenges, and a case study where a proposal led to increased collaboration and massive gains in network efficiency for a specific science workflow.
Attendees will leave the session with a better understanding of why early (and constant) researcher collaboration will help with NSF funding proposals and lead to continued network success stories.
