Bridging Nations for Biomedical Research

Session Abstract
China and India are nations with large and advanced biomedical research community with deep and lasting collaborations between their counterparts in the United States. Fortunately, both the infrastructure and funding is increasingly in place connecting these three scientific communities including the US-China research and education network connection (CANS) and Indo-US Cancer Research Grid (IUCRG). This session would present and discuss both the environment for collaborative research as well as existing and planned research collaboration between the three countries.
