Supporting a Widely Deployed Campus Shibboleth Implementation
Time 04/25/12 10:30AM-11:45AM
Session Abstract
Successful single-sign-on implementations can strain limited campus IT support resources as they become widely deployed and ubiquitous. The members of this panel session represent schools that are each supporting more than 50 Shibboleth Service Providers as well as Identity services for member populations exceeding 50,000 people. Shibboleth experts from the University of Southern California, Duke University, and the Ohio State University will provide information and answer questions on their Shibboleth support models, the resources those models require, and the practices and policies that are used to ensure their ability to support widely deployed high-availability identity services.
