Craig HansenORG National Park Service Title BIO Craig Hansen grew up on a farm and ranch in northwest North Dakota and has felt a connection to the outdoors from an early age. He has a degree in Recreation, Parks and Leisure Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He has been the education specialist at Knife River Indian Villages National Historic Site for eight years and has served as the lead on many education projects including: curriculum development, teacher workshops, special events, grants and the development of a distance learning program. Prior to his work with the National Park Service, he was a park ranger for the US Army Corps of Engineers and was the Environmental Learning Center Coordinator for the North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department.
