Session Abstract
This year, the TeraGrid project came to an end and has been supplanted by the NSF's eXtreme Digital (XD) program, and the XSEDE project opening a new chapter in cyberinfrastructure by creating the most advanced, powerful, and robust collection of integrated advanced digital resources and services in the world. This session will discuss several aspect of the project of interest to Internet2 Member Meeting attendees. We will introduce the new program and the XSEDE project that began in July 2011. The session will include an overview of the distributed systems architecture and discussion of Campus Bridging, Campus Champions and networking activities.
