Cloud Mobility with LISP
Time 02/02/11 09:10AM-09:30AM
Locator ID Separation Protocol (LISP) was originally designed to alleviate pressure on the Internet routing tables by separating Endpoint Identifiers (EIDs) from their Routing Locators (RLOCs); however, it is equally as adept at providing a mechanism for VM portability within a distributed cloud. This talk will give and overview of LISP and how it can be used for cloud portability.
