Session Abstract
The panel will take a forward look at some of the issues facing cross border/cross sector/cross platform collaborations.
If we assume that federation has been successful at a local/regional level, what barriers and opportunities will need to be addresses as we move toward Inter-federation? How can we extend existing trust relationships to other sectors/regions?
Topics related to both technical and behavioral trust will be covered.
