Integration of Social and Federated Identity
Time 11/03/10 01:15PM-02:30PM
Session Abstract
Two forms of Internet identity, and the collaboration tools that use them, are growing rapidly - federated identity and social identity. Significant integration of these identities and their interfaces are now occurring, and this session will highlight several instances of this, such as the use of social networking GUIs in federated contexts and the application of levels of assurance to social identity. At the same time, marketplace failures are also occurring, and this session will offer commentary on these persistent problems.
