InCommon Update: Making the Most of Your Federation Participation

Session Abstract

Is your institution a participant in the InCommon Federation? Interested to
know more about who is doing what in the Federation and strategies for
making progress on your campus?

Join this informal, interactive discussion for current participants on April
23, 2007 from 1:00-3:00 pm EDT just prior to the Internet2 Spring Member
Meeting in Arlington VA (www.internet2.edu/2007/spring-mm/). You'll leave
with the knowledge of what other institutions are doing and how participants
can help each other, as well as an update on a number of service-partner
pilots, new participation levels, and other InCommon activities.

The agenda includes:

- What's Going on in InCommon?
- Attracting Additional Service Partners
- Campus Practices and Comparisons
- Additional Services or Support from InCommon
- Next Steps
