Session Abstract

Getting connected to a high speed network from certain areas of the country poses problems which require creativity, collaboration, and cooperation that goes beyond the norm. The presenters will discuss their efforts to bring national backbone connectivity to their regions and some of the unique ways that funding is being pursued.
