Advanced Applications: Internet2 National Video Conferencing Service: Getting Started for IT Support Staff

This session is targeted at IT support staff who will be supporting their institution's end-users in their use of the emerging national video conferencing service. The session will describe the likely components of the service, highlighting both those that are provided by the institution and those that are provided by the service. The session will also cover what IT support staff can be doing now to prepare and support their end-users in their applications using the service.
